Shipping

• I am a one-woman operation. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to process and ship. Once your order is in the postal system, your delivery date will be dependent on how far you are from me. Total time from ordering to receiving your order is my processing time + shipping time.

• The shipping cost for original art includes tracking and insurance.

International Orders

• Be sure to select International Shipping at checkout.

• International shipping times vary widely. Depending on the destination, items could take up to 30 business days to arrive. (I’m looking at you, New Zealand.)

• You are responsible for any customs fees incurred upon your package’s arrival.

Returns and Cancellations

• Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on original artwork.

• Should your order arrive damaged please contact me so we can resolve the issue.

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours at gabby@drawgabbydraw.com.
